Chief Secretary Kelvin Charles is offering his “positive thoughts and wishes” to Tobago’s Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA) students ahead of tomorrow’s (April 4) exam.

In all, 933 students will sit the exam in Tobago. In his pre-SEA message, the Chief Secretary expressed his confidence in the island’s students.

“I am pleased with the dedication and commitment demonstrated by your teachers across the island,” Charles said, “and I am confident that our students are well prepared.”

He said he is satisfied with the support and care provided to the students—469 girls and 464 boys— by their parents and guardians.

“I urge all you students to do your best, read each question carefully, and work diligently to achieve your best possible score,” the Chief Secretary added. “Be reminded that Tobago has secondary school places in pristine physical environments to accommodate all students who are writing the SEA.

Charles, the Secretary of Education, Innovation and Energy and a former teacher, is encouraging the students to believe in themselves, stay focused, and do their best during the exam.
