Further to notice issued on July 31st, 2019, the Office of the Chief Secretary (OCS), Tobago House of Assembly, wishes to advise the general public that some offices, currently housed at the Administrative Complex in Calder Hall, will be temporarily relocated to the Naresh Persad Building on Bacolet Street (opposite Tambrin Square/former YTEPP building), until further notice, as a result of ongoing construction work.

The offices affected are as follows: Human Resources Unit, the Protocol Unit, Support Staff to the Chief Secretary and the Chief Management Accountant.  As regards the Human Resources Unit, it must be noted that only some functions of this unit will be relocated and not the entire Human Resources Unit.

The public is hereby notified that the Calder Hall Administrative Complex’s PBX number 639-3421 and all extension numbers, shall remain the same for the relocated offices at Naresh Persad Building on Bacolet Street.  However, if difficulty is encountered in reaching any of the offices at the new location, enquiries can be directed to 639-3421 Ext. 5047 or 639-3720.
