An orientation session was held for the second batch of daily paid, public health workers at the Fairfield Complex, Bacolet, on January 27, 2020.

Health Secretary Councillor Dr. Agatha Carrington encouraged the workers to help improve the service the Division currently provides.

“We expect a change to ensure the work is done, how it should be done,” she said, while urging them to manage their time well. She indicated her intent to continue meeting with workers periodically to “fix the gaps in our service over a period of time.”

The one-day orientation gave the workers an overview of the Division and the role of the Public Health Services Department.
