Mrs Groome-Duke said that the Division of Education, Youth Affairs and Sport is seeking an audience with the Ministry of Education in order to discuss the allocation of laptops to Tobagonian Secondary Entrance Assessment SEA students.  According to the Secretary, the Cabinet Minute – (re: Laptop Computers for SEA Students) does not provide for or include distribution of laptops to Tobago SEA students. She said: “I have received a copy of a Cabinet Minute, but that Cabinet Minute does not include Tobago at this time.”
