The Tobago Jazz Experience kicks off on Saturday April 16 with a free show at Speyside. Entertainers are Roy Cape, David Rudder and a number of other local stars.

The main weekend at the Pigeon Point Heritage Park will be Music Night on Friday April 22, which will feature performances by J Cole, Destra, 5 Miles to Midnight and Dil-E-Nadan. A day later on Saturday April 23, Third World, 3 Canal, jazz wizard Etienne Charles and saxophonist Arturo Tappin with band will perform. The festival ends on Sunday April 24 with performances by Tobago’s Adana, and international RnB stars Maxwell, and Lauren Hill.

Davidson-Celestine said: “We have had a lot of interest and we are working hard to ensure we stay in budget and that we put on the best festival possible.”
