All schools in Tobago re-opened as scheduled yesterday (September 3) for the new school term.
The Division of Education, Innovation and Energy reported that all schools were ready for the new term.
There was, however, a complaint of malfunctioning toilets registered by Speyside Anglican Primary School. The Division has since taken action to solve the problem.
The Division also extended wishes to all students of Trinidad and Tobago, and has reiterated its commitment to provide the best possible education and learning environment for students in Tobago.
The Division is also encouraging parents to ensure their children are punctual and attend school regularly.
