The Consumer Affairs Unit within the Division of Finance and the Economy will host “Going Beyond the Pay Cheque’ on February 12 at the Penthouse, Victor E. Bruce Financial Complex from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The goal is to improve how customer service is provided to consumers on the island. It is aimed at persons who want to provide a high level of effective customer service in the course of their daily duties. Participants will learn how the provision of excellent customer service has an impact on people’s lives.
