The Division of Finance and the Economy continues to support entrepreneurship, given its importance to the island’s economic growth, through its training programmes and by providing initiatives to help Tobagonians build business acumen.

During the recent post Executive Council media briefing (November 27, 2019), Secretary of the Division of Finance and the Economy, Joel Jack, said the Division launched the B.O.S.S. initiative on November 26th.

“B.O.S.S. is an acronym for Building Opportunities for Sustainable Success. It’s a mentorship initiative by the Division to assist aspiring young Tobago entrepreneurs in monetizing their talents and ideas while learning business skills from more experienced entrepreneurs across the island,” said Jack.

The launch concluded a month of activities to observe Finance Month.
