The relaunch of the Capital of Paradise took place on March 29th. The Capital of Paradise, the commercial fishing vessel of the Tobago Agribusiness Development Company (TADCO), was docked at the Scarborough Port earlier this morning. The event included a tour and short sail. The vessel last sailed on official operations four years ago. Restoration works have since been done and it is now approved for sea operations.
