The Tobago Coordinating Committee for Persons with Disabilities (TCCD) hosted a Thanksgiving Service in observance of International Day for Persons with Disabilities on December 3rd at the Lowlands/ Hampden Multipurpose Facility.

The 2019 theme is ‘Promoting the Participation of Persons with Disabilities and their Leadership: Taking Action on the 2030 Development Agenda.’

Administrator in the Division of Health, Wellness and Family Development, Dianne Baker-Henry, said, “We are committed to fulfilling the mandate of leaving no one behind and we recognise that more work needs to be done. We have to work together to bring our ideas to fruition and positively impact those we are called to serve.”
