Exemplifying the theme “Be the Solution, Beat Plastic Pollution,” residents are encouraged to join forces in keeping Tobago clean by volunteering to pick up litter along the coastlines.  The event, a continuation of the cleanup that was postponed due to Tropical Storm Karen, is scheduled for October 20th from 7:00 a.m., and is part of the 2019 International Coastal Cleanup initiative.

Hosted by the Division of Infrastructure, Quarries and the Environment, participants will gear up for the cleanup at La Gura, Kilgwyn and Sandy Point Bay, Crown Point. To register, contact the Division at (868) 639-1287; Ext. 4155.
