Secondary students in Tobago are once again expecting a visit from the Carnival Caravan.
The Caravan is an annual initiative of the Department of Youth Affairs. It encourages students to make positive decisions when celebrating the Carnival season.
The five-day caravan began yesterday (February 20) with visits to Goodwood Secondary and Signal Hill Secondary schools. This year’s caravan includes an exhibition by youth organisations.
The caravan continues tomorrow (February 22) at Mason Hall Secondary School. Other schools on the caravan’s schedule, which ends March 1, include Speyside Secondary and Bishop’s High School.
