THA Chief Secretary Orville London has expressed sincere condolences on behalf of the members of the Executive Council and the Tobago public to the Secretary of Health and Social Services Assemblyman Claudia Groome-Duke on the sudden death of her daughter Harriot on Sunday.

London said in recent times Groome-Duke also lost her husband Ulric, her brother Carl Groome and other close members of her family and “we must admire her courage and resilence throughout those traumatic times”.

He added: “We hope that she will continue to have the faith and fortitude that will enable her to surmount this latest tragedy.”
