The Tobago Heritage Festival will end on Emancipation Day, Thursday, 1st August, 2019, with a gala presentation at the Pigeon Point Heritage Park from 1:00 p.m.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to come out and enjoy the performances, art and cultural displays, local cuisine, and other entertainment.
The dance elements of the Bele Festival will also be included. The Emancipation Ceremony will kick off at 4:30 p.m. titled ‘Thanksgiving and Celebration’, and will include some of the standout performances from the 2019 edition of the Festival. The flambeau lit street parade to Store Bay Heritage Park will begin from 7:00 p.m.
