The annual THA Inter-Department Carnival Competition will take place on February 21 at the Shaw Park Complex from 7:30 p.m.

The categories include the Calypso Competition and the Personality Competition, and there are prizes for the best Flag Waving Posse and the Best Decorated Booth.

In 2018, Akila Lawrence of the Division of Community Development, Enterprise Development and Labour won the Personality competition. Keron McMillan of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service took the calypso segment with his rendition of “Drink What You Like”.

Tobagonians are being invited to come out and enjoy the event as representatives from THA Divisions face off for prizes. Tickets are available at the Department of Culture, located at GNV Place in Scarborough.
