The Regulated Industries Commission (RIC) will commence its 2019 Customer Services Outreach Programme in Tobago on Wednesday (January 30).
The session will be held at the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT) office at Gulf City Mall, Lowlands, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The programme gives the public wider access to the Commission’s customer service officers to lodge complaints relating to the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) and the Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC).
A second outreach session is planned for February 27, also at the TATT office.
The RIC is a statutory body established under the Regulated Industries Commission Act, No. 26 of 1998. It ensures good quality and efficient utility services are provided in Trinidad and Tobago at fair and reasonable rates.
