Tobagonians are being reminded to come out to the Tobago leg of CARIFESTA XIV.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend the events which are scheduled from August 19th to 21st, and celebrate this regional cultural extravaganza from Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Belize, Haiti, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and, of course, Tobago.
In addition to nightly shows at the Pembroke Heritage Park, Castara Beach and Shaw Park Complex, which all begin at 7:00 p.m., there are cultural presentations at the Tobago Grand Market on the Esplanade in Scarborough. The day-time event features a variety of food, fashion and the arts over the three-day period and is open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.
