The Office of the Chief Secretary, in conjunction with the Assembly Legislature of the Tobago House of Assembly, hosted a wreath-laying ceremony yesterday (July 27th, 2022) to commemorate the July 1990 attempted coup.
Chief Secretary-Tobago Farley Augustine and Chief Administrator Ethlyn John were among the officials who laid wreaths at James Park, Uptown Scarborough in remembrance of the event.
