Chief Secretary, the Honourable Farley Chavez Augustine has led a contingent to New York, to participate in a series of engagements including the annual Tobago Fun and Family Day celebrations in Brooklyn, New York, which will be held on August 18th.

The Chief Secretary is leading a team comprising members from the Executive Council, administrators, the Tobago Tourism Agency Limited (TTAL) and Tobago-based entrepreneurs including October carnival mas men and promoters.

The Chief Secretary will deliver an address and officially open this year’s Tobago Fun and Family Day. In addition, on August 19th, he will also deliver remarks at the Trinidad and Tobago 62nd Anniversary of Independence Awards, to be held at the consulate in New York. He will return to Tobago the following day.
