Overview
This programme, is to assist applicants who are in the process of erecting their new dwelling house. Applicants are advised to trench out and cast their floor slab/foundation before benefitting from the first tranche.

Required Documents
- Copy of Birth certificate and affidavit if applicable
- Copy of Identification Card
- Copy of Land & Building Tax Receipt From 2009
- Copy of Deed or Statutory Declaration for Land
- The Builder’s Estimate for Construction Labour and Material (Not Exceeding $400,000).
- Job letter/Pension Slip/National Insurance Letter
- Proof of contribution
- Approved house plans for home construction
- Affidavit stating Non-Ownership of additional property
- Copy of recent utility bill (WASA, T&TEC)
- Marriage Certificate, Divorce/Decree
- Death Certificate
- Statutory Declaration for Self-Employment/unemployment.
Application Process
- Interview with CSR, documents verified, info entered into database.
- Site visit by engineering Aide to your property, report & recommendation submitted.
- File approved or denied by administrator.
- Dispatched to accounts unit for cheque processing.
- First tranche grant cheque disbursed.
