Secretary of Settlements, Urban Renewal and Public Utilities Clarence Jacob said his Division is looking to develop land and provide housing for Tobagonians in Adelphi and Riseland.

Speaking during the post Executive Council Media Briefing on December 18, Jacob said, “Adelphi will consist of 100 lots, as part of a first phase, and Riseland will comprise 50 lots. These developments will also include the construction of 100 houses at Adelphi and 50 at Riseland.”

The media briefing took place at the Division of Tourism, Culture and Transportation.
