The Tobago Tourism Agency Limited has started the first quarter of 2020 with a bang, as the organisation’s high-profile marketing partnership with National Geographic came to fruition in January with unspoilt, untouched, undiscovered Tobago being prominently featured by the  world’s leading travel magazine.

Visitors to Tobago’s new content hub on National Geographic’s UK website – Tobago: Exploring the Caribbean corner bursting with life – can now experience highly compelling and inspirational content on the island with focus on the unique cultural and eco-adventures activities – both water and land-based – to be experienced on the island.

The content is comprised of five (5) long-form articles written by one of the magazine’s internationally acclaimed writers, as well as a short film called Tobago: Full of Life, featuring stunning footage of the island’s natural beauty, and encounters with locals who share their love for the untouched Caribbean paradise.

CEO of the Tobago Tourism Agency Limited, Mr. Louis Lewis, commented: “As part of the rebranding of destination Tobago we found it necessary to create content along the core pillars that underscore Tobago as the unspoilt, untouched and undiscovered Caribbean island where one can explore the extraordinary.

We are pleased with the results of our ongoing partnership with National Geographic which certainly achieved this goal, while capturing the essence of what makes Tobago a Caribbean destination like no other. We are excited to integrate this content into our other marketing activities in our source markets.”
